Lindsey advises clients in acquiring, protecting and enforcing intellectual property assets with an emphasis on trademarks, domain names, copyrights and rights of publicity. Managing some of the largest trademark portfolios in Southern Nevada, Lindsey regularly provides counsel in the development and clearance of new brands for gaming, hospitality, entertainment and casino clients, and represents clients as needed before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She also has experience serving as counsel in technology transactions and advises clients in the drafting and negotiation of intellectual property agreements.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Lindsey served as an extern for the Honorable Philip M. Pro of the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, a teaching assistant at UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, and a law clerk at Claggett & Sykes Law Firm in Las Vegas.
