Tim focuses on products liability and personal injury claims while always addressing the ever changing needs of his clients and the community. Tim has represented a far reaching group of clients ranging from Fortune 100 clients to individuals who had the unfortunate experience of being involved in litigation.

Tim graduated from the College of Health and Human Services from the University of Toledo cum laude and then moved onto the College of Law where he graduated in 2007. Tim was passionate about his community even in college, receiving acknowledgement for his service to the Public Defenders office. All the while, Tim continued his involvement raising funds for charities such as the Children’s Miracle Network and the Toledo Fire Department.

In 2007 Tim and his wife Amy moved to Las Vegas. To support the community, Tim is involved as a mentor for Core Academy powered by The Rogers Foundations, and supports the House of Blues Foundation which supplies musical education, instruments, and instruction to children in the Las Vegas Community. Whenever Tim gets the opportunity, one of his passions is to experience new restaurants and places that are ever changing in the Las Vegas Valley.
